If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects scheduling information independently under its own privacy practices. If you use our AI chat assistant, the messages you send are processed by our AI provider to generate a response.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and deliver our services. Your contact details allow us to send you a follow-up email and, where relevant, project updates. We never sell your personal information.
When you submit the contact form, an automated notification is sent to our team inbox via Gmail so we can respond within 24 hours. Your message is transmitted only to our internal team for this purpose.
We rely on a small number of trusted third parties to operate the site: Google (Gmail for lead alerts and the AI model powering our chat assistant), and Calendly (for booking calls). Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy and only as needed to deliver their service to us.
We may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This does not identify individual users and does not track you across other websites.
We keep your inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and deliver our services, and thereafter only as required for record-keeping or as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
